Description

The Swedish Police Authority’s Personal Documents Section is hiring an Assignment Manager (Project Manager) to develop and manage the national e-identification system and customized electronic identification solutions. The role leads agile assignments, creates assignment plans, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and oversees project teams. It is based in central Kungsholmen, Stockholm, with up to two days of work from home per week.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of Project Manager or Assignment Manager experience in new product or system development, including at least 2 years involving electronic identification or identification solutions, within the past 10 years.
At least 3 years of experience managing assignments or projects with at least two parallel subprojects or subassignments, within the past 5 years.
At least 8 years of experience communicating technical and non-technical details internally and externally, including reporting, presentations, status, risks, dependencies, and decision-making materials, within the past 10 years.
At least 2 projects aimed at delivering an authentication solution with associated PKI within the past 6 years.
At least 6 years of experience operating at both operational technical and strategic levels, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to management teams and stakeholders, and making decisions within delegated authority.
At least 5 years of experience leading personnel and project team members, managing schedules and project plans, and coordinating with other sub-assignment managers and the overall assignment manager.
Documented experience with agile project management methodologies, demonstrated through example assignments or projects.
At least 3 years of experience in inter-agency collaboration concerning identity solutions, within the past 5 years.
At least 2 years of experience as an Assignment Manager or Project Manager in eIDAS framework certification, within the past 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with security matters, preferably within a government agency or central government administration.
Good administrative skills using Office tools, Confluence, and JIRA.
Experience working within the justice system.
Experience working in the public sector.
