Ingleside at Rock Creek is hiring a full-time Engaged Living Assistant to support adult day programming in its Memory Support Assisted Living neighborhood. The role plans and implements individualized and group life-enrichment activities, provides one-to-one resident support, coordinates programs and volunteers, and assists with facilities and special events. Applicants need a high school diploma or associate degree in a human service field, six months to one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience, and CDP certification or eligibility to obtain it within 90 days of hire. The position pays $19.48 to $21.53 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
