FIGS is hiring an Assistant Designer to support the development of men’s and women’s Scrubwear and Underscrubs. The role partners with the Senior Designer and Design Director, executing sketches, CADs, visual materials, tech packs, presentations, trend research, fittings, and design-file organization while tracking deadlines and supporting seasonal development. Candidates need 1–3 years of apparel design experience, a degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and technical sketching and CAD work.
