The University of Hawaii Cancer Center is hiring a full-time, 11-month tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Population Sciences, focusing on cancer epidemiology and cancer-related health disparities. The role involves leading independent extramurally funded research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, securing grants, and potentially supervising graduate students and participating in graduate-level teaching. The position is based in Kakaako and requires a recognized biomedical or medical degree, research and scholarly activity, and, for MD holders, board certification or qualification and eligibility for licensure in Hawaii.
