Jackson State University is hiring a full-time, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Accounting for its Department of Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. The role requires teaching accounting courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, maintaining a full course load, advising students, conducting scholarly research, serving on dissertation committees, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the department and university. Candidates should be scholarly-active and may be ABDs at the final stage of their doctoral dissertation; a PhD or DBA from an AACSB-accredited institution is preferred, while professional certifications such as CPA and accounting experience are valued.
