Description
Washington State University is hiring permanent, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant and/or Associate Professors of Chemical Engineering at its Pullman, Washington campus, with an anticipated start date of August 16, 2027. The faculty member will develop an externally funded, nationally recognized research program focused on catalysis with a strong AI-driven automation laboratory and data science component, teach core and elective chemical engineering courses, mentor students, publish scholarly work, provide professional service, and collaborate with WSU and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Assistant Professor salaries are $110,000-$120,000 for the 9-month academic year, while Associate Professor salaries are $120,000-$135,000.
