Michigan State University is hiring an Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Translational Neuroscience, College of Human Medicine, in Grand Rapids. The role seeks a neuroscientist with a record of scholarship in age-related neurodegenerative disease, particularly Parkinson’s disease or related synucleinopathies, to develop an independent, nationally competitive research program, contribute to multidisciplinary collaborations, and mentor graduate trainees. The position requires a terminal degree in neuroscience, molecular biology, or cell biology, and applicants for Associate Professor with Tenure should have a successful, sustained, active extramural funding history. The position is full-time, remote-friendly, and located at the Grand Rapids Research Center.
