Bonita is hiring an Assistant for its store in Marktredwitz to provide friendly textile-retail advice, conduct active sales, present merchandise, operate the cash register, reconcile cash, open and close the store, maintain the assortment and backroom, order out-of-stock items, and build customer relationships. The role requires legal employment age, German language skills at least at B2 level, availability during Monday-to-Saturday opening hours, and a customer-oriented, communicative approach; prior sales or fashion-consulting experience is preferred but not required.
