Description
Stanford is hiring two Assistant Athletic Trainers to provide injury prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency care, and return-to-play services to student-athletes in varsity programs. The role supports athletic training facilities, coordinates with physicians, coaches, physical therapists, and other medical providers, maintains confidential medical records, and may supervise fellows, graduate students, and interns. It is based on Stanford’s main campus and includes practice and competition coverage, travel, and evening and weekend work. Applicants need a master’s degree in athletic training or a related field, three years of post-Master’s college or university athletic training experience, leadership experience, BOC certification, first aid and CPR certification, AED certification, HIPAA training, and a valid California non-commercial Class C driver’s license.
