Monro is seeking an Assistant Automotive Store Manager to help manage the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store. The role involves optimizing technician abilities, achieving sales goals, attending to guest needs, building guest relationships, assisting with inventory management, providing direction to technicians, and ensuring store cleanliness. The Assistant Manager will also perform Store Manager functions as needed and is expected to ensure exceptional 5-Star service to guests.
