Description
The Assistant Baker supports the baker in preparing and producing artisanal waffles by weighing and preparing ingredients, monitoring production, operating and checking machines, performing quality checks, packaging products, and maintaining hygiene and order in the production environment. The role requires an interest in food, initial production or bakery experience, accuracy, teamwork, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
