CookieLab is hiring an Assistant Bakery Manager (Events Supervisor) for its flagship experiential store in South Philadelphia. The role supervises events at The Space, leads CookieLab and Wharton Street store operations when the General Manager is absent, hires and develops staff, drives B2B and community sales, and supports ordering, inventory, scheduling, and equipment organization. Candidates need at least two years of restaurant or retail management experience, one year of restaurant or store training experience, one year managing an event space, experience leading 20+ employees, strong customer service and organizational skills, and availability for evening shifts and weekends.
