Insomnia Cookies is hiring an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager to support and occasionally lead bakery operations, develop shift leaders and cookie crew, manage staffing and labor, oversee inventory and product rotation, maintain food safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires at least one year of leadership experience in a retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-focused environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, availability during peak evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the ability to obtain applicable food safety certifications.
