Description
The Assistant Banking Center Manager supervises and mentors Fidelity Banking Center staff, supports the Banking Center Manager, and delivers customer care and financial services. The role includes banking transactions, vault custodian duties, opening and closing activities, customer relationship building, loan and deposit product guidance, referrals to other business lines, compliance, and coaching. It requires at least three years of supervisory experience, including one year of retail banking supervisory experience, along with NMLS registration, a notary commission, and medallion signature guarantee training.
