Description
The Assistant Banquet Manager will lead one or more hotel dining outlets, managing food and beverage operations, guest satisfaction, administrative planning, cost controls, quality and service standards, team development, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a hospitality management diploma or degree, 5–7 years of F&B operations experience, leadership and operational planning abilities, familiarity with POS and inventory systems, English fluency, and strong teamwork and service skills.
