Description
The Catering & Banquets Assistant Manager oversees daily catering and banquet operations at Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, managing an assistant management team and multiple hourly classifications. Responsibilities include event execution, billing and payment processing, customer service, safety and sanitation, inventory, financial performance, scheduling, and communication with Food and Beverage leadership. The role requires at least five years of progressive catering and banquet operations experience, team leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
