Description
The Assistant Behavior Consultant-ABA, reporting to the Supervisor of Behavior Services, works to achieve client goals across various environments. Responsibilities include assessing client progress, creating programs, monitoring program implementation, and training BHT staff, parents, and community members. Key duties involve developing and monitoring treatment plans, conducting assessments, ensuring treatment fidelity, collaborating with team members, training staff, and maintaining documentation. This role also includes supervising BHT, LBHT, and EBS staff on clinical duties and job performance. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with ABA coursework, ABA service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
