Description
The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director at Audemars Piguet's Aspen location by leading daily luxury retail operations, sales performance, client relationships, team development, after-sales service, inventory and parts management, vendor coordination, compliance, and boutique events. The role assumes full responsibility for the boutique in the Director's absence and requires 3–5 years of high-end luxury retail experience, CRM and client-development expertise, and strong leadership and business skills. Compensation is $100,000 to $120,000 annually plus a bonus.
