Description
The Assistant Boutique Manager's role is to support the Boutique Manager in directing the store's operations to ensure exceptional customer service and drive highly profitable growth. The Assistant Boutique Manager drives sales and hourly sales performance per associate by supporting the Boutique Manager by demonstrating and teaching the sales behaviors in place at La Senza, in order to create a high-performance sales culture (CVRE) within their team. In addition, they achieve the sales goals set for the stores. They live our values and adopt behaviors that represent the brand.
