Description
The Washington Trust Company is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager for its East Providence branch. The role supervises, coaches, and mentors Retail Flex Bankers; enforces banking policies; coordinates schedules; oversees cash handling, security, and audits; conducts staff meetings and evaluations; supports discipline; and serves customers with teller and banker services including account maintenance, lending, deposit accounts, cross-selling, and referrals. The position requires branch banking experience, 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, strong customer service and sales skills, coaching ability, and schedule flexibility. It pays $28.50–$31.50 per hour for 40 hours per week and includes benefits.
