Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager B1 B0 to support the Branch Manager with daily branch operations, develop and manage a sales and service team, control costs, ensure service delivery and branch appearance, and communicate policies and standards to staff. The role requires secondary education or above, retail banking experience, strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, English and Chinese proficiency, and a customer-centric approach. The branch placement is subject to final decision by RSS Management.
