Description
The Branch Supervisor provides quality service to current and potential Credit Union members, serves as a liaison on membership eligibility, accounts, loans, and other services, and supervises branch staff. Responsibilities include coaching and training employees, driving branch sales, resolving member concerns, supporting loan applications, overseeing cash handling and transaction processing, ensuring compliance and security, and collaborating with the Branch Manager and other departments. The role requires education equivalent to a four-year high school education and 2–4 years of teller, member service, loan, or related experience; prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
