Pacific Partners Insulation South is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager – Construction Operations to serve as the second-in-command of a branch and lead daily operations across field, production, office, warehouse, safety, quality, inventory, customer service, and branch performance. The role requires proven leadership or supervisory experience, with 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred, and involves stepping in to lead the branch when the Branch Manager is unavailable. The position pays $28–$33 per hour plus overtime, with an estimated annual pay of $80,080–$94,380 plus quarterly branch performance bonuses, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed.
