Apple Valley Insulation is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations in Reno, Nevada to support branch operations and field activities, including crew scheduling, production coordination, jobsite visits, quality inspections, safety audits, installer development, inventory and fleet management, customer and jobsite issue resolution, and compliance with OSHA, Washington L&I, and company safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of insulation experience, leadership experience, knowledge of insulation installation methods and safety standards, the ability to read plans and perform field measurements, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $60,000-$80,000 per year, runs Monday through Friday, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
