Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to work in person at its Hampton Boulevard branch in Norfolk, Virginia. The role oversees branch operations, supervises Branch Services staff, coaches employees, develops sales and service results, processes accounts and loans, provides member service, and supports compliance. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a related field, four years of sales or service experience advising customers, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus four years of financial institution experience; one year of supervisory experience is preferred. The salary range is $50,600 to $63,700, and the position requires a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
