Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to work on-site at its Carrollton, Virginia branch. The role oversees branch operations, supervises Branch Services staff, coaches employees, develops member relationships, processes accounts and loans, and supports loan and deposit growth. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field, four years of sales or service experience advising customers, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus four years of financial institution experience; one year of supervisory experience is preferred. The position requires a valid Notary Public commission within six months of hire, flexible scheduling including Saturdays, and offers a salary range of $50,600 to $63,700.
