Blaze is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager - Float to support the Branch Manager in administering and operating a full-service credit union branch. The role provides member service, product and lending sales, branch compliance, staff coaching and supervision, community networking, audit support, and backup teller and loan-application assistance. The position is primarily based in Minneapolis but may float to other Metro area branches. It requires a high school degree or equivalent and 3–4 years of similar or related experience, with supervisory experience preferred. The annual base salary is $66,192.04–$99,288.06, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 or $5,500 depending on experience.
