Nuvision Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I (ABM I) to join their team. This role involves assisting the Branch Manager and Retail Service Manager in all aspects of branch operations, particularly focusing on the teller line. The ABM I will handle responsibilities such as planning workflows, directing staff, managing branch openings and closings, and acting as a backup for teller duties. They will also contribute to achieving sales goals by supporting relationship specialists and managers, implementing policies, conducting audits, and fostering employee development.
