The role leads and coaches branch advisory employees, develops and tracks business and service targets, manages credit approvals within authority, supports community business development, and oversees compliance and risk management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, a mutual fund license where required, four years of progressive financial-services sales advisory experience, and the ability to complete the role-specific internal certification program.
