Description
The Branch Assistant Manager I supports the Branch Manager in managing daily banking operations, coaching retail sales staff, achieving sales and service goals, overseeing compliance and audit requirements, handling customer service, and acting as manager on duty when the Branch Manager is absent. The role requires strong problem resolution, communication, relationship-building, product knowledge, and a history of sales and service success; retail banking and supervisory experience are preferred or required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
