Description
The Assistant Branch Manager leads a branch advisory team, coaches and mentors direct reports, supports annual business planning and sales/service targets, develops community relationships, approves credit applications within established limits, and manages branch compliance and risk issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, a mutual fund license where applicable, completion of Tru Cooperative's role-specific certification, and four years of progressive sales advisory experience in financial services.
