Great American Restaurants is hiring a part-time cellars worker for its Sweetwater Tavern brewing team. The role involves organizing the brewery and cold storage, keg washing, packaging and delivery of beer products, and other brewing production tasks as assigned. Candidates should be able to work independently and with others, lift and move more than 100 pounds, and work in temperatures below 40°F for extended periods. Experience in a production brewery or brewpub is desirable but not required. The position pays $17 per hour and includes employee dining discounts, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) based on eligibility.
