Mattamy Homes Canada is hiring a full-time Assistant Builder in West GTA, Ontario, working on site five days per week. The role supports the Builder in overseeing home construction from carpentry through warranty signoff, coordinating trades and suppliers, monitoring quality and safety, conducting frame checks, scheduling inspections, managing production schedules, and ensuring homes meet company standards. Candidates need relevant construction education or 1–2 years of homebuilding experience, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and strong organizational and communication skills; BuildPro and people-management experience are bonus qualifications. The expected base salary is $57,500–$87,500, with eligibility for an annual bonus program.
