Anderson Communities is hiring a full-time Assistant Builder for its Harmony Home Building team in Kentucky. The role inspects jobs in progress and at completion, oversees subcontractors and laborers, orders materials, schedules inspections, maintains field reporting software, coordinates punch-outs, and monitors schedule progression and quality. Applicants need framing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied weather; related construction experience, blueprint reading, building-code knowledge, and strong communication and time-management skills are preferred or beneficial.
