Description
The Assistant Building Engineer at Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as completing work orders, grounds maintenance, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work. This role involves assisting with troubleshooting and repairing buildings and systems like plumbing, kitchens, roofs, drains, and HVAC. The engineer will maintain equipment according to preventive maintenance programs, inspect building systems, respond to emergencies, and implement energy management strategies.
