Description
The Assistant Building Engineer at Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as grounds upkeep, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work. This role involves assisting with troubleshooting and repairing buildings and installed systems like plumbing, kitchens, roofs, drains, and HVAC. The engineer will maintain equipment according to preventive maintenance programs, inspect building systems to ensure proper operation, and respond to emergencies. They will also contribute to an energy management program to optimize system efficiency and reduce operating costs.
