Description
The Building Operations Assistant supports the Building Operations Supervisor by overseeing building service workers, performing custodial and maintenance work, operating and maintaining boilers, furnaces, air-conditioning units, and other HVAC equipment, and responding to building-service requests. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of increasingly responsible building-services experience, and a Maryland stationary engineer's license is preferred. It is a non-exempt FLSA position with a salary of $18.98 to $28.61 per hour and eligibility for Baltimore County Employees' Retirement System benefits.
