Description
Steiner Studios is hiring an Assistant Building Systems Technician to support the Building Systems Engineer with the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of building and site systems. The role includes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues; performing preventative maintenance; assisting with HVAC, electrical, and other system installations and commissioning; completing emergency repairs; maintaining work records; and supporting inspections and client communication. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic building-systems knowledge, at least two years of commercial-building experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation is $22.00–$30.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and leave benefits.
