Description
Wonderstate Coffee is hiring a full-time Assistant Café Manager to support daily café operations, customer experience, team leadership, scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks. The role partners with the Café Manager, coaches and develops team members, maintains operational standards, and requires barista experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and weekend and holiday availability. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour plus tips, with benefits including telehealth, dental and vision coverage, supplemental insurance, retirement, wellness and commuter reimbursements, free coffee, shift meals, and employee discounts.
