Assistant Camp Director at Flying Horse Farms

Flying Horse Farms is hiring a full-time, year-round Assistant Camp Director in Mount Gilead, Ohio, to support the Camp Director and lead daily camp operations, camper experiences, scheduling, safety, program quality, staff and volunteer supervision, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least two seasons of summer residential camp or comparable youth programming experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and the ability to lead groups and coordinate complex camp experiences. The salary is $60,000-$65,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
