Farm Boy is hiring a Food Department Manager to partner with the Department Manager and lead the delivery of exceptional food and service experiences. The role combines hands-on leadership, coaching, customer service, food preparation, merchandising, staffing, inventory, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and administrative support. Candidates need post-secondary culinary management education, at least one year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, computer software experience, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
