Chess Wizards is hiring an Assistant Instructor to support after-school chess enrichment classes for 15–22 elementary students in Northbrook, Illinois. The role involves setting up and managing interactive classes, providing one-on-one or small-group support, reinforcing chess fundamentals and sportsmanship, maintaining a positive classroom environment, following safety protocols, and traveling to assigned local school sites. The position offers $35–$40 per class, flexible weekday-afternoon scheduling of 1–5 classes per week, mileage reimbursement, training, materials, and advancement opportunities.
