Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer oversees and maintains a building’s critical mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, elevator, and generator systems. Responsibilities include Climatec HVAC monitoring, boiler and chilled-water operations, room-temperature adjustments, elevator troubleshooting, fire-system inspections, generator maintenance, vendor coordination, and routine maintenance tasks. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and pays $26.27 per hour.
