Accor is hiring an Assistant Chief Engineer in Sharm el Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt, to support the Chief Engineer in overseeing technical operations and maintenance across hotel facilities. The role covers mechanical, electrical, automation, building management, preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, renovation projects, fire and safety systems, work-order management, inventory, emergency response, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or related engineering, 3–5 years of hotel engineering, facilities management, or construction experience, BMS and Maximo proficiency, leadership skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
