Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer will support the Area Director of Engineering at Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane hotel and Mayfair Park Residences. The role oversees engineering maintenance compliance, public safety, equipment standards, operational costs, profitability, guest satisfaction, engineering practices, and 24/7 service delivery, while also supporting recruitment, mentorship, wellbeing, and personal development for the engineering team. Candidates need prior luxury hospitality experience, engineering or building-services qualifications, and extensive experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, environmental, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
