Description
The Property Operations Manager assists the department head in managing budgets, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and physical-plant operations. The role supervises repair work orders and engineering-related departments, maintains facilities and safety standards, responds to emergencies, repairs equipment, supports employee training and staffing, and promotes guest and employee satisfaction. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with four years of engineering and maintenance experience, or a two-year degree with two years of experience, plus technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing.
