Description
The Hotel Engineering and Maintenance Manager supervises engineering and related departments, distributes repair work orders, plans and evaluates preventative maintenance, manages physical-plant systems, responds to emergencies, repairs equipment, and supports property operations and guest service. The role also participates in hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and associate recognition. A high school diploma or GED with four years of engineering and maintenance experience, or a relevant two-year degree with two years of experience, plus HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing training, is required. The salary range is $90,000-$100,000, with relocation assistance and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits mentioned.
