Sinclair is hiring an Assistant Chief Engineer to support its broadcast engineering team, serve as a subject-matter expert for equipment and technology, and provide emergency and live-production support. The role includes installing and maintaining engineering systems, transmitter support, networking and wiring, equipment repair, budget tracking, and travel with the News team. Candidates need transmitter-repair experience or formal training, a valid driver’s license, engineering-related education or training, and the ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
