The City of San José is seeking an Assistant Chief Information Officer to serve as the second-highest technology leadership role in its Information Technology Department. The position partners with the Chief Information Officer to lead and develop an innovation and technology team, with responsibility for Business Solutions, Data and Business Intelligence, and the Customer Contact Center. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, seven years of progressive senior-level experience, and at least three years of direct supervisory and managerial experience; a master’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred. The annual salary range is $184,968.42 to $298,804.74, with health, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
