Wing is hiring an Assistant Chief Pilot for its Flight Operations team in Durham, North Carolina. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the role oversees safe and compliant commercial drone delivery operations, manages PIC operational performance and scheduling, supports regulatory and operations teams, maintains Part 135 PIC qualifications, leads 3–5 PIC Managers, supports crew onboarding, and may serve as a Remote Operations Control Center supervisor. The position requires extensive commercial or civil UAS experience, significant people-management experience, current FAA Part 107 and medical credentials, and travel within the United States. The full-time role pays $140,000–$148,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
